The production line is very strict in product quality control. When purchasing raw materials, we establish long-term cooperation with a number of high-quality suppliers, and carry out strict sampling inspection every time we purchase, to ensure that the strength and water absorption of raw materials meet high standards. In the production process, workers operate in strict accordance with standardized procedures, and carry out comprehensive self-inspection every time a certain number of products are completed. The finished product inspection link, through the manual full inspection, the appearance, size and leak-proof performance of the diapers are carefully inspected, and the defective rate is strictly controlled within 0.5% to provide high-quality products for the baby.
Our baby diaper production line adopts a combination of regular and irregular equipment maintenance. After the end of production every day, arrange workers to clean the equipment, lubrication and other basic maintenance. At a fixed time every week, professional and technical personnel conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including the wear condition of key components, circuit safety, etc. Perform performance tests on the equipment from time to time, and maintain the equipment in time once problems are found to ensure that the equipment is always in good running condition and reduce the downtime caused by equipment failures.
